If you are on a pay monthly plan, you might be liable for early termination fees, should you leave before the contract ends

Obtain a PAC or STAC Code

Depending on whether you wish to retain your existing number, or get a new one, you will need to request the appropriate code from your current provider.

Provide us with your new code

Once you have the PAC or STAC code, share it with us. We will then use this code to complete the switch.
The transfer typically occurs within one working day, and your old SIM will stop working once the switch is complete. Simply insert your new SIM card into your device to begin using our service .
